Shipping & Delivery Policy

SHIPPING FEE & TAXES

We, at Bespoke Gift Co, take great care in delivering your products to you and we partner only with reputed logistic providers to ensure your orders are shipped to you secure and in-time.

Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 3000. For orders below that, shipping cost is based off of weight and destination. For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the website.

For International deliveries, on all orders, there is a shipping & handling charge that will show up as you proceed to pay, depending upon your location.
For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.

PROCESSING TIME

All our products are handmade on demand. Because each product process is unique, shipping times may vary.

Usually, most orders take 5-7 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse. Some orders can take up to 2 weeks. There are times when we can dispatch your order on the next day and we will always do that where possible. At other times however, when the order volume is high, hand-making and shipping times can be delayed.

DELIVERY TIME

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them

It takes 3-7 days for delivery all over India, shipping time may vary depending on the location and availability of the product.
We provide a tracking number for every order once it has been shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking details.
Please note that shipping time may be impacted by factors such as unexpected weather events and national holidays, which may delay the delivery of your order.

Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping time can take anywhere between 3 to 5 business days.

International Shipping

Standard shipping time can take upto 4 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered by the guaranteed shipping time. You will need to contact shipping service for information regarding your package delivery.

ADDRESS MODIFICATION

We will be able to accept address modification requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the address once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery. If any such request is raised while the product is out for delivery, or any delivery is not accepted by you, we reserve the right to recover reasonable compensation for services provided and costs incurred for shipping, handling, couriering, processing your order and any other services provided to you - the remainder amount post such deductions shall be returned to you.

RETURN TO ORIGIN

If you fail to receive an item shipped to you on account of providing inadequate or inaccurate shipping address or your non-availability at the address provided, the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be returned to the seller & we will be entitled to recover reasonable compensation for services provided and costs incurred for shipping, handling, couriering, processing your order and any other services provided to you - the remainder amount post such deductions shall be returned to you. Such an error may include, but is not limited to; invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits.
