REFUNDS/RETURNS
Since all our products are made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable. We only replace items if you receive a product(s) in a damaged condition. For this an unboxing video is compulsory (see video guidelines below)

Kindly check your items within 48 hours of receipt. If anything is incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival, please let us know right away by emailing us at bespokegiftco.in@gmail.com
If we are not notified within two days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a replacement.

If you receive an incorrect/damaged item, you will need to go through the following steps:

Send us an email within 48 hours of receiving the package. Your email should contain your order number and comprehensive details.

Your email must include an unboxing video (see video guidelines below) If the video does not comply with the guidelines, the item(s) will no longer qualify for a replacement.

The exact colours of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Any variation in colour does not qualify as a defect.

Handmade products often have slight deviations from one another (no two products will be the same). This does not qualify as a defect.

UNBOXING VIDEO GUIDELINES​

When the delivery boy arrives to deliver your shipment, please inspect the shipment before accepting it. Make sure that the shipment was not tampered by anyone. If you feel like it has been tampered with and repacked, please take pictures of the package, reject the delivery & send an email to bespokegiftco.in@gmail.com with the shipment images and we will verify the details. If everything is good it will be delivered next day, if not it will be returned, and order will be reshipped.

Put the camera on a stable place in a well-lit place so everything is clear.

Show the shipping label on the camera, which is present on the package. Shipping label contains the tracking number, your address and product details. It is important to show the shipping label clearly so it can be proven that the shipment you are unboxing is the correct shipment.

Show all sides of the package to show that the package has not been opened before and you are opening it for the first time.

Once the shipment is opened, please make sure that the product delivered is correct and not damaged.

In case everything is ok, and product is correct & in perfect condition, you are good to go.

In case of damaged shipment: Once the package is opened, please show the product box condition in the camera to show any damages on the box and also show the product itself.

In case of wrong product: Once the package is opened and you suspect the product delivered is wrong, please show all the sides of product box and labels present on the box to prove that the product is different. You don’t have to open the wrong product seal, keep it as it was delivered till the solution is provided.

All the steps above should be recorded without any cuts, and everything should be in frame all the times, do not take the product or shipment out of frame for even a slight moment.

Unboxing video is compulsory when you purchase from our website and without it, we will not entertain any queries regarding this. When you are purchasing something, you are not only interacting with us but with a third-party courier service also which has their own set of guidelines and process for any issues. If you don’t take a video and find any issues with delivery, even if it may seem obvious to you, it may be to us and definitely not to the courier company. Even if we try to get the issue resolved, it can take a lot of time without video and is not guaranteed to be resolved. Taking a video might seem like a hassle at first but if any issue arises, it will be even more of a hassle without evidence.

EXCHANGE
Apparel can be returned ONLY for exchange for a different size as long as we are notified within two days of receiving the item.
We are happy to accept size exchange of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered garments that has been shipped to an Indian address.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that we may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.

REQUEST TO MODIFY/CANCEL
Orders cannot be cancelled after checkout. Please review your entire order before purchasing.

If you decide to modify your order 24 hours from the moment you had placed your order, please note a 20% fee will apply to cover processing costs.
Change requests outside the above specified periods will require a remake fee to cover the expense of our veterans re-building your product.

INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will be unable to offer a refund if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address/information, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
If a package is returned to us due to the wrong address been provided or non claimed delivery we require an additional postage fee to be paid to resend the item to you.

We will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend items that are lost or stolen in transit.
