• All sales are final. We don't accept returns or offer exchanges/refunds. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• The issue should be reported to bespokegiftco.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.  Please include your Order ID and unboxing video (as per our guidelines) in the email.

• Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date your order was placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends and certain holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, orders may be delayed a few days. 
• Once your item has shipped please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your package to arrive.
• You will receive a message once your item(s) have shipped with a tracking number.

• After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact the shipping service so they can best serve you. 

It is recommended to attach keychains to non-aggressive contact surfaces like bags, backpacks, and lanyards.
