The issue should be reported to bespokegiftco.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your Order ID and unboxing video (as per our guidelines) in the email.
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date your order was placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends and certain holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, orders may be delayed a few days.

Once your item has shipped please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your package to arrive.
